Introduction:
1. NYP high viscosity oil double Gear Pump is similar to US Viking pump: it is stable, pulseless, with small vibration and low noise.
2. It also has a good self-priming ability, which is able to transfer high viscosity resin, polyurethane, poly-aether, polyethylene or something similar.
3. Special provide double jacket type, pump can get heated by heat steam, thermal oil.
4. Pump can be equipped with gear box motor for high viscosity fields.

1.	The pump is mainly composed of internal rotor, outside rotor,shaft,pump casing, front cover,seal and bearing etc.
2.	The pump adopts packing seal or mechanical sealing. (whendelivered medium is hightemperature ,high viscosity or strong corrosion, packing sealing should be adopted .)
3.	Heat-insulated jacket will be attached when the medium is easy to crystalize.
4.	Safety Valves are fitted to keep the pump operating safely.
5.	Belt pulley or direct coupling can be adopted as driving couples.
6.	Seen from the electric motor to pump, it rotates clockwise, suction port at right side,discharge port at the upper side.
