General Introduction
NYP series internal gear pump is a new designed positive displacement pump according to the demands in fields of petrol,chemical industry,paint, pharmacy and so on.
 
Application
It is widely applied to transport a great range of media with different properties and viscosity because of the special structure and selected materials.
Proper medium temperature:-10°C-200°C
Proper medium viscosity:1.0cSt-300,000cSt
 
Type of Structure & Working Principle
Driving gear(outside rotor) with internal teeth drives the internal rotor and turns in same direction in the full closed pump body. The casing and crescent of the front cover separate the inlet from the outlet. When it turns, negative pressure formed at the suction port, the liquid inhaled and being taken to the outlet by rotor, then the liquid is expelled from the discharge port as the gears mesh, the transportation of the liquid finished.
 
Structure Feature
1.The pump is mainly composed of internal rotor, outside rotor,shaft,pump casing,front cover,seal and bearing etc.
2.The pump adopts packing seal or mechanical sealing.(when the delivered medium is of high temperature,high viscosity or strong corrosion,packing sealing should be adopted .)
3.Heat-insulated jacket will be attached when the medium is easy to crystallize.
4.Safety Valves are fitted to keep the pump operating safely.
5.Belt pulley or direct coupling can be adopted as driving couples.
6.Seen from the electric motor to pump, it rotates clockwise,suction port at right side,discharge port at the upper side.
