A Perfect Durability Extruder is a machine that consists of a heated cylinder and an internal motor-driven screw that plasticizes and pumps out the polymer.The sheet extrusion line consists of an Counter rotating PVC Pipe Extruder (single or twin screw) equipped with a screen changer and a Gear Pump, followed by a static mixer (sometimes giving a co-extrusion feed block preceded by one or more additional PVC Profile Extruder units as described above) feeding a flat die.The sheet is then cooled by a 3-roll (or more) roll set (sheet take-off) with controlled temperature, pressure and roll slit.Finally, the sheet is cut to length and wound into rolls, or directly into a second process.
