HGY5256GLQ automatic asphalt distributor with Euro Ⅴ SHANGQI M3000 chassis is a kind of intelligent hi-tech product specialized in spraying emulsified asphalt, diluted asphalt, hot asphalt, heavy-duty asphalt and high viscous modified asphalt and so on. On the basis of introduced advanced technologies both domestic and abroad, this easy-operated distributor adds some humanized designs that ensure technical content of construction quality and improve construction conditions and environment. Its reasonable designs guarantee the asphalt spray uniformity. Industrial computer control is stable and reliable. The technical performance of overall machine has attained the advanced world level. This distributor has been improved and perfected in the construction by our construction department, which adapts to any kind of working conditions.
Main Performance:
a)It adopts Euro Ⅴ SHANGQI M3000 chassis, which has advantages of large bearing capacity, high power, low fuel consumption and emission, easy operation and reliable breaking,equipped with 228kw(310hp)engine power.
b)Good anti-corrosive and durable insulation layer makes sure the temperature drop no more than 12℃/8h (Under normal temperature );
c)The tank adopts imported diesel burner, high combustion efficiency and high heating efficiency, automatic ignition and automatic temperature control system, operation security and stability.
d)Power supply system adopts engine PTO, stable operation.
e)It ensures spray at the very first starting point.
f)It adopts JOHNSON asphalt pump and JOHNSON heat oil pump,
g)High precision nozzles are adopted to make the uniform spraying and ensure the effect.
h)Spray width is controlled by multiple air cylinders; each air cylinder can be adjusted freely and controlled independently.
i)Control system is equipped with two set independent systems of manual and automatic so that to make sure the machine can work at any time. The configured radar and encoder measure the precise vehicle speed and pump speed separately in order to control the spraying amount in construction. The cab is equipped with construction monitoring device and automatic operating board.
